Late Arrival Policy
To keep classes running safely and smoothly, SPYC Pilates allows a five-minute grace period for all classes.
Entry after the five-minute grace period is not guaranteed. The class will have already progressed through its warm-up and movement sequences.
This policy helps protect client safety, reduce the risk of injury, and maintain a smooth experience for everyone in the studio.
Running behind? Call or text us at (469) 968-7343. Our team will help you move into another available class when space permits.
Age Requirement
Participants must be 16 years of age or older to attend classes at SPYC Pilates.
Our studio experience focuses on mindful movement, personalized instruction, and meaningful connections within our community. This age requirement helps us maintain the quality of instruction and atmosphere our clients know and love.
Run Club Exception
The SPYC Run Club welcomes participants of all ages and experience levels.
Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellations
Clients must cancel their reservation at least three hours before the scheduled class time to avoid a fee.
Cancellations made within three hours of the scheduled class time will result in a $10 late cancellation fee.
Low-Attendance Classes
SPYC Pilates reserves the right to cancel classes with zero or one participant booked. The team will provide notice up to six hours before the scheduled class time.
If you are the only participant booked, you will have the option to upgrade your reservation to a private session for $100, subject to instructor availability. You may also move your reservation to another available class.
SPYC Unlimited Member Exception
The low-attendance cancellation policy does not apply to SPYC Unlimited members. If an Unlimited member is the only participant booked, the class will continue as a complimentary 1:1 session.
Private Session Policy
When only one participant is booked for a group class, the class might not run as scheduled. Our team will contact the participant in advance and offer the following options:
• Upgrade to a private session for $100, subject to instructor availability
• Move the reservation to another available class
Private sessions are not included in standard memberships or class packages and require an additional fee.
If multiple participants were originally booked and others do not attend, the class will continue as scheduled. The class will not convert into a private session.
SPYC Unlimited Member Exception
If a SPYC Unlimited member is the only participant booked, the class will continue as a complimentary 1:1 session at no additional cost.
